Please note that Zipharonkriz provides professional space planning services. As these are custom consulting and design services tailored to your specific needs, our return policy reflects the nature of personalized service delivery.
You may cancel your space planning service request before work has commenced. If cancellation occurs before any consultation or design work begins, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Once consultation or design work has started, cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
To cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided below. We will process your cancellation request promptly and discuss any applicable refund terms based on the stage of service delivery.
If you wish to modify your space planning service requirements after work has begun, please contact us to discuss your needs. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes to the scope of work, which may result in adjustments to timelines and fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Refunds are available for space planning services that have not yet been delivered. Once design plans, consultations, or other deliverables have been provided to you, services are considered delivered and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with your service agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.
Available for cancellations made before any consultation or design work has commenced on your project.
May be available for cancellations made after work has started, based on the stage of completion and your service agreement terms.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.
Space planning documents, design concepts, layouts, and other digital materials provided as part of our services are custom-created for your specific project. Once delivered, these materials cannot be returned. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the deliverables and will make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

We are committed to resolving any issues professionally and fairly. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication and reasonable revisions to the work.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian consumer law. You may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified, and this policy does not limit those rights in any way.
